The Spectralys teams have now fully mastered the fluorescence spectroscopy technology integrated into our analyzers.
Fluorescence is a three-step physicochemical analytical method used to characterize the properties of certain substances based on their behavior under UV/visible light:
1. Excitation: illuminating the sample to be measured with a light source (UV/visible)
2. Emission: Absorption of this light by fluorescent molecules and re-emission of light energy at other wavelengths
3. Analysis: Correlation between the obtained emission spectra and the desired criteria.
